I spent Christmas and New Years in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA. One of my favorite places to visit while in town is the Carmel Art Association which features all local artists. My mother has recently been obsessed with an artist from the area, Keith Lindberg. This painting by Lindberg is so vibrant and beautiful, I just love how she is posed so casually with the one leg up. I would love to place this piece above a fireplace in a very neutral living room and have it command all the attention.
